Deposit & Final Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to reserve your place. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
Cancellation by Participant
90+ days before departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
60–89 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost refundable
Less than 60 days before departure: No refund
Deposits cover planning and pre-booked services that begin once a spot is reserved. It is non-refundable and not included in any cancellation refunds, but the deposit can be used as credit for another Pages Abroad Tour where possible.
Cancellation by Pages Abroad
If Pages Abroad cancels the tour for any reason, all payments received (including deposits) will be refunded in full.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
